Respected Parents,

Assalamu Alaikum!

We begin by sincerely thanking the 60% of parents who have shown responsibility and commitment by paying the school dues regularly. Your cooperation plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the institution. May Allah bless you and your families abundantly.

However, it is with great concern that we inform you that approximately 40% of parents still have a substantial amount of school dues pending. Despite reminders, the lack of timely payment has put the school under considerable financial stress.

It is even more unfortunate that some of these defaulting parents, instead of cooperating, have displayed inappropriate behavior, including using harsh language, making threats, and disrupting the school environment. This is not only morally unacceptable but also harmful to the peaceful academic atmosphere we strive to maintain.

Due to this continued non-cooperation, the school has now initiated legal recovery procedures. Please note that all legal and court-related expenses will be added to the defaulters' accounts.

Final Opportunity:

All defaulter parents are hereby given a final deadline until Saturday, 12 July 2025, to clear their outstanding dues in full. Failure to comply will result in the discontinuation of their child’s admission after the final exams scheduled in October 2025.

We request your cooperation in maintaining the values and discipline of the school and ensuring a secure academic environment for all students.
