Respected Parents,

Assalamalikum,

This is to inform you that the examination is scheduled to commence on Monday, 11th August. It is with regret that we must notify you that any student with pending school dues of ₹2000 or more will not be permitted to appear in the examinations.

This decision has been made due to the repeated failure of some parents to clear dues despite multiple reminders. The school, too, is required to meet its own obligations, including the timely payment of staff salaries and other essential expenses, which remain unpaid due to your negligence in clearing the dues.

We wish to emphasise that any stress or inconvenience caused to the student in this regard is a direct result of the parents’ failure to fulfil their responsibilities.

Before raising objections or making unfounded allegations, we urge you to reflect upon the matter and ensure that your dues are settled promptly to avoid any disruption in your ward’s academic progress.

Please settle all outstanding dues to ensure your child can appear in the exams.
