Subject: Urgent Notice: Fee Payment Reminder.

Assalamalikum,

Respected Parents,

We kindly request all parents to ensure the payment of the AMC and December 2024 fees at the earliest.

Additionally, parents with outstanding dues for previous months are earnestly requested to clear their pending amounts immediately. Please note that your ward has consistently been provided access to all school facilities, and education without interruption, despite the unpaid dues.

However, repeated reminders have not resulted in the clearance of these dues. As a result, we regret to inform you that if the pending payments are not settled, the school will have no choice but to take further action. This may include not allowing students with unpaid dues to attend classes starting from March 2025 etc.

We respectfully request your cooperation in this matter to avoid any inconvenience to you.
