Half day Notice.

Assalamualaikum,

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that the option of a half-day for your child is available only in case of emergencies. However, we have noticed that regular use of this option is negatively impacting the school environment and straining our resources. Each half-day requires the issuance of a gate pass, which incurs additional administrative work.

Starting from tomorrow, 19th September, if you request a half-day without a valid medical emergency (either for the student or at home), there will be a charge of Rs. 50 for the gate pass. Please note that only medical emergencies will be considered for half-day leave.
