Dear Parents,

Assalamalikum,

We would like to inform you that a Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) has been scheduled for all classes from Pre-Nursery to 10th grade on the 11th of July. This will also be the day parents can collect the results for the F3 examinations.

Please note the following important updates regarding result collection:

1. Limited Result Collection Period: From now on, results will only be available for collection for two days after the scheduled date. If any parent wishes to collect the result after this period, they must submit an application explaining the reason for the delay within 15 days from the due date.

2. Answer Script Disposal: After the 15-day period, answer scripts will be destroyed due to space and manpower constraints. Should you need a copy of the report card after this time, a fee of Rs. 50 will be applicable.

3. School Dues: We have observed with concern that only 60% of parents are regularly clearing their school dues. We appreciate those who have been prompt in their payments. However, it is disheartening that 40% of parents are defaulting. We urge all parents to clear their dues promptly.

4. Action Against Defaulters: Upon commencement after the summer vacation, students of defaulting parents will receive notices and daily reminders in class until the dues are settled. We emphasize that any mental stress arising from this situation is solely the responsibility of the defaulting parents.

5. Fee Book Requirement: Please ensure to come along with the fee book when visiting the school campus. Parents without a fee book will not be allowed entry.

6. Interaction with Teachers: According to our schedule, only female parents are allowed to interact with female teachers.
