Important Guidelines for parents to follow.

**Subject:** Important Guidelines for School Reopening – 1st March 2025  

Assalamalikum,

Respected Parents,  

We are pleased to inform you that school is scheduled to reopen on **1st March 2025**, provided there are no delay orders from the government. As responsible stakeholders, we must fulfill our duties, as this will be **Sadaqah Jariyah** for us. Kindly take note of the following important points:  

1. **Priority on Moral Education** – The primary aim of FFPS is to instill strong moral values in students, followed by academic excellence.  

2. **Islamic Identity** – Teach your child to be proud of being a Muslim and encourage love for the **Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)**.  

   - **Qaza haircuts (uneven or un-Islamic hairstyles) are strictly prohibited.**  (JEW HAIRCUT) 

   - Any student with an un-Islamic haircut **will not be allowed** to enter the school or classroom.  

3. **Uniform & ID Card** – Ensure your child attends school in the **proper uniform** and carries the **school ID card**.  

4. **School Diary Collection** – The **school diary** is ready and can be collected from the **main office**.  

5. **Timely Fee Payment** – Tuition fees must be paid **monthly**.  

   - If fees are not paid on time, and your child is made to sit outside the class, the responsibility will be yours.  

6. **Stay Back Policy** – If a student is weak in academics, the school has adopted a **stay-back policy** for this session to provide additional support.  

7. **Attendance & Leave Policy** –  

   - Absence of **more than two days** without a proper leave application **will be taken seriously**.  

  8.  **Half-day leave** is allowed **only twice a month** and requires **prior submission** of a leave request.  

9. **Dress Code for Girls:**  

   - Lagging and plazo are strictly banned for girls from Grade 1 onward.  

   - Girls must wear **shalwar** as part of the school uniform.  

10. **Punctuality Requirement:**  

   - Students must arrive **at least five minutes before** the official school arrival time.  

   - Late arrivals may face **disciplinary action**.
