Important Notice Regarding PTM, F5 Result & Fee Clearance

Assalamalikum,

This is to inform all parents that the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) and declaration of the F5 Assessment Result are scheduled for Saturday, 8th August 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Parents having pending tuition fee dues of more than three months, particularly those whose fee remains unpaid since November 2025, are hereby informed that all outstanding dues must be cleared before the PTM date.

Please note that:

• Parents with pending dues will not be permitted to attend the PTM.

• The F5 Result will not be issued unless all outstanding dues have been cleared.

• As per the existing school protocol, only the mother/female guardian of the child will be allowed to interact with the female class teacher.

• The original school fee card must be carried and produced as proof of identity at the entry point. Entry without the fee card shall not be permitted.
