Despite our prior reminders, a number of parents have not fulfilled the timely payment of transportation fees for the month of November 2023. As you are aware, adherence to the agreed-upon terms and conditions is vital for the smooth operation of the transport service.

Regrettably, this delay in payment has created challenges for our service provider, affecting the seamless functioning of the transport facility. In light of this, we kindly urge those parents with outstanding payments to settle the dues promptly.

To ensure continued convenience and uninterrupted service for your ward in the upcoming academic session starting from March 2024, we request the concerned parents to make an advance payment covering the entire session. Failure to comply with this condition may regrettably result in the unavailability of the transport facility for your ward.
