IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PENDING SCHOOL DUES

Assalamalikum,

This is to inform you that the date sheet for the upcoming examinations has already been issued, and as per the notified schedule, the examinations shall commence from 1st June 2026.

In this regard, parents whose wards have outstanding school dues — particularly those who have not deposited fees since November 2025 and are still carrying previous session balances — are hereby strictly directed to clear all pending dues before the commencement of examinations.

Please note that failure to clear the outstanding amount within the stipulated time shall result in your ward not being permitted to sit in the examination. The school administration will bear no responsibility for any inconvenience caused due to non-compliance.

It has been repeatedly observed that some defaulters, instead of fulfilling their obligations, resort to unnecessary arguments, shouting, and inappropriate behaviour at the last moment. Parents are advised to understand that such conduct reflects poorly on one’s discipline and character and does not assist in resolving the matter in any way.

You are therefore once again advised, in your own interest and in the interest of your ward, to clear all pending dues immediately and avoid any unpleasant situation during examinations.

اہم اطلاع برائے بقایاجاتِ اسکول

محترم والدین،

آپ کو مطلع کیا جاتا ہے کہ آنے والے امتحانات کی ڈیٹ شیٹ جاری کی جا چکی ہے اور جاری شدہ شیڈول کے مطابق امتحانات کا آغاز یکم جون 2026 سے ہوگا۔

لہٰذا وہ والدین جن کے بچوں کی اسکول فیس بقایا ہے، خصوصاً وہ حضرات جنہوں نے نومبر 2025 سے آج تک فیس جمع نہیں کروائی اور سابقہ سیشن کے بقایاجات بھی ادا نہیں کیے، انہیں سختی کے ساتھ ہدایت دی جاتی ہے کہ امتحانات شروع ہونے سے پہلے تمام واجب الادا رقم لازماً جمع کروائیں۔

واضح رہے کہ مقررہ وقت تک بقایاجات ادا نہ کرنے کی صورت میں آپ کے بچے کو امتحان میں بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی، اور اس سلسلے میں پیدا ہونے والی کسی بھی پریشانی کی مکمل ذمہ داری والدین پر عائد ہوگی۔

یہ بات بھی بارہا مشاہدے میں آئی ہے کہ بعض نادہندگان اپنی ذمہ داری پوری کرنے کے بجائے آخری وقت میں چیخ و پکار، بحث و تکرار اور نامناسب رویے کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہیں۔ والدین کو سمجھ لینا چاہیے کہ اس قسم کا طرزِ عمل صرف ان کے کردار اور نظم و ضبط کی عکاسی کرتا ہے اور مسئلے کے حل میں کسی طور مددگار ثابت نہیں ہوتا۔

لہٰذا آپ کو ایک مرتبہ پھر سختی کے ساتھ ہدایت کی جاتی ہے کہ اپنے بچے کے بہتر مفاد میں فوری طور پر تمام بقایاجات جمع کروائیں تاکہ امتحانات کے دوران کسی ناخوشگوار صورتحال سے بچا جا سکے۔
