Respected Parents,

Be informed of the following important updates:

1. Cancellation of F4 Datesheet:
   The earlier issued datesheet for F4 stands cancelled.

2. New Exam Schedule for F4 & F5:
   In the interest of students, the F4 and F5 exams will now be conducted in the 2nd week of July. Revised datesheet will be shared soon.

3. Summer Uniform Availability:
   Summer uniform is now available for all boys and girls across all grades.

4. Air Conditioning Facility from 1st July:
   In view of the scorching heat, we have decided to start air-conditioning in classrooms from 1st July, subject to parental support.

   • Fuel Charges: Rs. 600/- one-time (Rs. 200 per month for July, August & September).
   • Last Date for Payment: 20th June.
   • Mode: One-time payment of Rs. 600.

5. Condition for Implementation:

   This facility will be implemented only if all parents contribute, excluding orphan students and those availing free education under the Dr. Mohammad Saleem Hussaini Educational Scholarship Program.

   • In case of low participation, the amount will be refunded to those who paid.

6. Reminder & Clarification:

   • Ours is perhaps the only school in Northern India with such affordable fee structure offering AC facility for students’ comfort.
   • Sadly, a few parents habitually oppose decisions without understanding their purpose or details. We request all to act responsibly and in the best interest of children.
