Respected Parents of Class 9 Students,

This is to bring to your attention that the frequent and prolonged absence of your ward from school is adversely affecting his/her academic progress and overall learning. Regular attendance is essential to ensure continuity in studies and to achieve the academic objectives for which admission has been granted.

Parents are therefore informed to take this matter seriously and ensure that their ward attends school regularly and complies with the attendance requirements prescribed by the school and applicable educational regulations.

Please note that continued or excessive absence, particularly without prior permission or a valid reason, may have academic and administrative consequences, including consideration of the student’s eligibility for continuation in Class 10, in accordance with the school’s rules and applicable regulations. Any such decision, where required, will be taken by the competent school authority after considering the relevant circumstances and applicable provisions.
