NOTICE FOR PARENTS.

Assalamalikum, 

This is to inform all parents and guardians that the Result Declaration and Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) shall be held on Thursday, 18th June, from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Parents are advised to ensure that all pending school dues are cleared today to avoid last-minute inconvenience and rush on the day of result declaration.

Important Instructions:

• The Fee Booklet must be produced as an identity proof at the school reception.

• Result cards shall not be issued without the Fee Booklet.

• Parents/guardians without the Fee Booklet shall not be permitted to meet the concerned teacher.

• In accordance with the school's policy, only the mother of the child or a female guardian shall be permitted to meet female teachers.

Parents are expected to adhere to the above instructions for the smooth and orderly conduct of the PTM and result declaration process.
