Respected Parents,

Assalamalikum, 

We sincerely thank those who consistently pay school dues on time. Your support ensures the smooth functioning of our school.

However, despite repeated reminders, some parents continue to default on payments. Let it be clear—fees must be paid on a monthly basis. If dues remain unpaid, your child will not be allowed to sit in class.

Some defaulters question why we ask their children about pending fees, insisting we should message  them instead. Despite multiple notifications, you are  ignoring or neglecting this responsibility. This is not acceptable.

If dues are not cleared by March 1st, your child may have to sit outside the class, which is neither appropriate nor desirable.

Due to continued defaults, we are struggling to meet essential expenses, including staff salaries. This message is directed at the 40% of parents who are not paying regularly. Kindly clear all dues immediately to avoid any inconvenience.
