Respected Parents,

Assalamualikum,

This is to bring to your attention that despite our request for advance payment of transport fees before Eid al-Fitr, only a few parents complied, leaving our drivers unpaid for the first time. This situation has caused significant difficulties in maintaining the transport service.

Therefore, all parents with pending transport dues for March are strictly instructed to clear the outstanding amount by Saturday, 5th April. Failure to do so will result in your ward not being allowed to board the transport vehicle from Monday, 7th April until you will not clear the dues.

We sincerely request your cooperation in ensuring timely payment to avoid any inconvenience to your child.
